What is the code and proper way to ask a judge to allow you to take traffic school to get a ticket off your record, even if it is your 2nd violation within the time period after your first one, where you aren't supposed to be able to do that?

Two approaches could be taken:
1. If they have a lawyer, then have the lawyer contact the judge or the clerk
of the court to make the request either orally or in writing.
2. NO lawyer, basically same as #1, but start with the clerk of the court and
then the judge if the clerk says no.

My questions is about Certification for Students. After we train students, are there AIPS Certificates of Training to present to the students that complete the course? If so, were do we find them? If not, are we authorized to design and use our own?

Each base may decide how to issue and what certificate to use. In most cases each base has designed and uses its' own certificate. You may use the AIPS name and RoadRageous™. If you would like AIPS to provide certificates to your base you may do so by sending the request and quantity through the "contact us" email on the aipsarmy.com web site.
